3. Charter Quotes and Affiliate Links

Jet Luxe Club acts as an affiliate and lead generator for licensed direct air carriers and brokers (such as Villiers and Valens). Jet Luxe Club does not own or operate aircraft. All charter quotes are estimates and are subject to aircraft availability, crew availability, and execution of a formal charter contract with the respective direct air carrier.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Jet Luxe Club or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Jet Luxe Club's website, even if Jet Luxe Club or a Jet Luxe Club authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
